2023 Annual Breakfast/Meeting Registration

• Saturday, August 5th at Hon-Dah Resort & Casino in the Mt. Baldy Conference Room, located
  at 777 Highway 260, at the junction with Highway 73 (to Whiteriver).
• Check in opens at 7:30AM. Breakfast will be served from 7:45—8:45 AM. Meeting will begin
  at 9AM sharp.
• All meals will be individually served and will include: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage links, and 2 pancakes. A choice of coffee, iced tea or soda are included.
• NO COST to PCA Homeowners in good standing who preregister!
• Homeowners may preregister one of two ways: visit www.pca-az.org or call 928-369-2410
  by 10AM July 24th
• Please notify us as soon as possible, should you need to cancel your reservation, as
  PCA is required to pay for the entire number reserved —even no-shows.
• Please clearly state your name, phone number, Pinetop address/unit number, and the number of homeowners (either 1 or 2) attending by 10AM July 24th
• Guest speakers from the Pinetop Fire District and Ponderosa Water
• PCA elections will immediately follow the meeting for all homeowners in good standing. If
  you cannot attend, please be sure to mail in your ballot to the address on the form.
• Door prizes will be given away and FireWise homeowner awards will be presented.

The Proxy Form enables members in good standing with PCA (current dues paid and no liens or assessments outstanding) to vote at our Annual Meeting.  If you cannot attend the annual meeting in person, you may submit the proxy in advance by mailing it to our address shown on the bottom of the proxy form.
